In just a few years, it has managed to generate several thousand projects adapted to local needs and to bring a much needed dynamism to the local level. Axis 4 is first and foremost a tool that allows fishermen and fishing communities to take their future into their own hands. This publication looks at what this means in concrete terms for fishing communities in different parts of Europe.       |
